YouRememberWhen controls the waitlist data collected on this website. The final legal entity name, jurisdiction, and mailing address will be published before public mobile app launch. For privacy requests, email privacy@yourememberwhen.app.

The waitlist and app are intended for adults, parents, and guardians. Children should not join the waitlist or create app accounts.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the consent text and version shown at signup, the consent timestamp, source page, and campaign fields such as UTM source, medium, and campaign. We also store limited anti-spam fingerprints, such as hashed email, IP address, and user-agent values, to rate-limit abuse without keeping raw IP addresses for marketing.

• Waitlist emails and product updates: your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
• Confirmation emails: to confirm the signup you requested and provide unsubscribe information.
• Anti-spam and rate limiting: legitimate interests in protecting the waitlist from abuse.
• Cookieless marketing-site analytics, when configured: legitimate interests in understanding aggregate page performance without identifying visitors.

Parents and guardians may enter children's personal or sensitive information into the app. That may include child profiles, notes, memory text, milestones, photos, videos, audio, media metadata, household members, invite emails, notification preferences, billing entitlement status, and support messages if you contact us. Growth details such as birth date, sex at birth, measurements, and BMI values are optional and only needed if you use growth features. App processing will depend on the choices you make, including whether you stay local-only or turn on cloud backup and family access.

Parents and guardians control child profiles. Family sharing is intended to be an explicit household choice, not a default. Before broad family-sharing launch, the app should make roles, invites, removal limits, export permissions, and local-copy limits clear in the product UI.

You can start with memories saved on one phone. Local-only data is not backed up by YouRememberWhen and may be lost if the device or app data is lost. Cloud backup, restore, and family access require an account and may require an active Premium household plan. Cloud backup uses sign-in, provider storage controls, private storage rules, and encrypted network connections, but it is not end-to-end encrypted yet. We do not review memory content except when needed for support you request, security, legal compliance, or service protection.

The site can use Umami for privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics when configured. The tracker is set to respect Do Not Track and exclude URL search parameters. We do not send memory text, child names, photos, invite emails, or family relationships to marketing analytics or use them for model training.

We use service providers such as Supabase for waitlist storage, Resend for email, Umami for aggregate website analytics if enabled, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement status, and app stores for payment processing. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by YouRememberWhen.

We keep waitlist records until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the waitlist is no longer needed for launch access and product updates. Anti-spam attempt records are kept short-term and can be deleted with our database cleanup function, currently designed for a 30-day retention window.

You can unsubscribe through the link in waitlist emails, the unsubscribe page, or by emailing privacy@yourememberwhen.app. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw waitlist consent at any time. App data controls should include deleting individual memories and child profiles before broad cloud launch. You may also have the right to object, restrict processing, or complain to your local data protection authority depending on where you live.

YouRememberWhen is intended for parents and guardians to preserve family memories. We do not intentionally collect waitlist emails from children, and the app is not positioned for children to use independently.
