These terms apply to the YouRememberWhen website, waitlist, support pages, and mobile app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You can start saving memories on one phone without an account. Local-only memories are not backed up by YouRememberWhen. Account sign-in is required for backup, restore, and family access.

A YouRememberWhen household may include invited family members. Roles, invite permissions, export permissions, and access limits should be visible before broad family-sharing launch. Removing a household member may not remove local copies already stored on that member's device.

You keep ownership of the memories, photos, videos, audio, notes, child profiles, and other content you add. You give YouRememberWhen the limited permission needed to store, sync, back up, restore, share within your household, and provide support for that content.

Premium is planned as one YouRememberWhen household plan, not a per-person plan. It may unlock backup, restore, media backup, and family access. Export should not require an active paid plan. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple or Google unless another billing method is introduced later.

The app is designed to keep working locally when possible. Cloud sync can be delayed by network conditions, account state, or an inactive Premium plan. If a Premium plan lapses, cloud backup and family access may stop, but local memories on your device should remain available. Do not treat YouRememberWhen as the only copy of irreplaceable family records until export and backup flows are fully available.

Do not use YouRememberWhen to store or share illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or harmful content. We may restrict or remove access where required to protect users, the service, or the law.
